Prosperis makes key appointment to mortgage department

Lee Naylor, 32, joins Prosperis after a period running his own company in Wakefield specialising in mortgages and protection. In his new role at Prosperis, Lee will be responsible for growing and developing the mortgage department, and offering independent mortgage advice from the whole of the market to the company’s clients.

Together with the Prosperis team, Lee will be offering the full range of mortgages including home reversion & equity release schemes – a growing but highly specialised area requiring specific qualifications.

On appointment, Lee has introduced an incentive scheme whereby if an existing client refers a new client to the company, upon successful completion of the mortgage referral Prosperis will award them with a selection of high street vouchers.

Lee said: “I’m delighted to have joined the team at Prosperis – I felt the time was right to form a partnership with an independent financial adviser which will allow me to offer a full portfolio of services to clients. “

Lee’s appointment marks the start of an exciting year for Prosperis – the company has recently taken on a number of new clients and has major growth plans for the next 12 months.
