Andrew Frazer completes Leeds 10k in record time!

Andrew can proudly announce that he completed his first race in one hour, 19 minutes and 38 seconds.

Andrew said: "The atmosphere among the runners was brilliant and the public clapping and shouting encouragement all along the course really spurred me on. As we came to the finishing line, the commentator read my name out which was the icing on the cake!"

Andrew admits that he has now caught the running bug and will be competing in another 10k race at Harewood House in September, in aid of Cancer Research.
