Prosperis Ltd secures another acquisition

Harrogate based independent financial adviser and employee benefits consultants, Prosperis Ltd, has secured another acquisition with the acquisition of MHI Ltd in Bridlington.

Managing Director, Niall Gunn said:

As an independently owned business, this acquisition will benefit greatly all clients. Prosperis was established over 20 years ago, based in Harrogate and is one of the most prominent advisory firms in the region.

Prosperis employees 15 staff and provides individual and corporate advice to more than 1,000 clients and businesses throughout the region.
